To achieve the highest level of residential real estate management our highly trained team ensures the maintenance and repairs of external areas such as green spaces, grounds maintenance, parking, and the general use of communal areas. With most estates being mixed-use all London apartment blocks have scheduled cleaning and general maintenance, including redecoration of entrances and hallways and ensuring machinery and lifts have regular risk assessments. The safety of staff and residents is always high on the list, with residential property management H&S services provided by our Group support network.

Working with a range of London Property Developers, from a National House Builder to a private investment estate, we utilise our expert manpower, renowned property management abilities, the latest online resources, and a trusted, certified, and insured network of contractors. We operate in line with and are regulated by the top organisations in the industry, including ARMA, RICS AND IRPM, and employ accredited residential managers with years of experience, which means we have the best teams using the correct internal procedures and controls to effectively manage any estate.

Each development that we are appointed is treated with an individual approach, targeting the needs of the client and those of the residents alike, but the collection of the estate service charge is of course a fundamental part of our role as Managing Agent.
